Mobile Internet World
I am in Boston, MA, for the week to attend Mobile Internet World. I am particularly interested in the emerging technologies and business models for delivering highly personalized, blended services over the mobile network, as one prong of the three-screen strategy being addressed by telcos and cable operators. It should be in an interesting week.
I am approaching the week with three basis hypotheses:
- Mobile services need to be highly personalized, which implies strong integration of Identity principles.
- Mobile services should be composites of services from multiple sources, which implies a service oriented architecture.
- Mobile servcies demand new business models.
It will be interesting to see if I’m on track.
